24001. Highest ever merchandise exports in a quarter (Q1 2021-22, USD 95 billion) in the history of India
- India sets a target of USD 400 billion merchandise exports in 2021-22 Despite COVID-19, labour-intensive sectors (engineering goods, rice, marine products, etc.) saw a rapid export growth
- Highest ever FDI inflow of USD 81.72 billion in 2020-21. Highest ever merchandise exports of USD 95 billion in Q1 of 2021-22 has been achieved in the history of India.
- This is 85% higher than exports of Q1 of 2020-21 and 18% higher than the exports of Q1 of 2019-20. It is also 16% more than the previous highest Q1 exports of 2018-19 (USD 82 billion) and is higher than the earlier peak of exports in Q4 of 2020-21 (USD 90 billion

24002. Reliance Power begins equipment exports from its Samalkot project to Bangladesh project to cut debt
- Reliance Power has sold the Module 1 of the gas-based power equipment, which has a capacity of 750 MW, to the Bangladesh project.
- According to the senior company official, the sale of these equipment from the Samalkot to Bangladesh project will bring down Reliance Power's US-EXIM debt by nearly Rs 1,500 crore.
- The sale of the remaining two modules is expected to generate sufficient funds for wiping out the remaining debt of Rs 1,000 crore, and also providing the company with additional funds.

- (एपीडा) के एजीएम डॉ. सीबी सिंह ने बताया कि यूपी के जामुन का लंदन के बाजार में स्वागत हो रहा है और आम के अलावा इस फल के निर्यात की भी काफी संभावनाएं हैं।
- निर्यातकों को गुणवत्ता वाले फल और पैकेजिंग प्रौद्योगिकी के कारण दूर के बाजारों में शिपमेंट भेजने मेन सफलता मिली।

- वाराणसी और अमरोहा में बन रहे ये इंटीग्रेटेड पैक हाउस अत्याधुनिक तकनीक से लैस होंगे. एकीकृत पैक हाउस में एमआरएल परीक्षण मशीनें भी लगाई जाएंगी, जिससे पता लगाया जा सकेगा कि कृषि उत्पाद का उत्पादन करने के लिए कितनी मात्रा में रसायनों का उपयोग किया गया है

- भारत अगले साल के मध्य तक थिएटर कमांड का रोडमैप तैयार कर सकता है। भविष्य की सुरक्षा चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए तीनों सेना प्रमुखों के बीच समन्वय सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक बड़े आदेश के तहत थिएटर कमांड की योजना बनाई जा रही है।
- थिएटर कमांड्स का सबसे सही उपयोग युद्ध के दौरान तब होता है, जब भविष्य की सुरक्षा चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए तीनों सेना प्रमुखों के बीच समन्वय समन्वय होती है। युद्ध के मौके पर तीनों सेनाओं के बीच तालमेल बनाए रखने के लिए ये कमांड बेहद उपयोगी होता है।

- महाराष्ट्र के नासिक के रहने वाले 67 वर्षीय भराज ने अपने कुछ साथियों के साथ साइकिल पर श्रीनगर से कन्याकुमारी के बीच 3600 किलोमीटर का सफर महज 12 दिन 18 घंटे 57 मिनट में तय किया। उन्होंने ये कारनामा महज 12 दिनों में पूरा कर नया कीर्तिमान स्थापित किया।

24009. L&T construction arm bags orders worth up to Rs 2,500 crore
- Larsen & Toubro’s construction arm has bagged orders worth Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 2,500 crore from metal industry and Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO),
- to construct their flight control system facility at Aeronautical Development Establishment, Bengaluru.
- The project entails construction of a 1.2 lakh square feet facility that would include six floors above the ground floor. The project is scheduled to be fast tracked to be completed in four months.
24010. NHAI raises over Rs 5,000 cr through InvIT: Nitin Gadkari
- the NHAI has launched its InvIT to monetise NH projects and has demonstrated a strong ability to attract a wide variety of sophisticated global investors
- NHAI InvIT attracted two international pension funds, Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board and Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board, which along with diversified DIIs invested units worth more than Rs 5,000 cr in InvIT portfolio which has currently 5 National Highway,
- Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) are instruments on the pattern of mutual funds, designed to pool money from investors and invest the amount in assets that will provide cash flows over a period of time.
